We open the TechBaffle inbox to work with great brands and sellers to make the best videos possible. By contacting TechBaffle, you agree to the Spam Policy.

The TechBaffle Spam Policy is in place to improve our workflow efficiency, and protect ourselves from malicious emails. We have a zero-tolerance to spam.

Acceptable Emails:

  • Brands, businesses or creators who would like to collaborate to produce a YouTube video.
  • Viewers who would like ask questions about a video or product featured (if possible, please comment on the video directly, or message @techbaffle on social media).
  • Copyright claims or other issues regarding video or website content.
  • Any issues regarding the website itself (feedback only).

Unacceptable Emails:

  • SEO/website design/website products or services (unless it’s something we’ve requested).
  • Emails from untrusted domains. Any fraudulent/phishing emails will be reported and blocked.
  • General sales emails from companies/individuals that don’t want to collaborate.
  • Emails that require a response through WhatsApp/Telegram. We respond through email only.
  • Any abuse towards us or other creators will not be tolerated and will be reported and blocked.

Acceptable Comments:

  • Compliments or feedback regarding the video/post or creators.
  • Questions about a product or service (relevant to the video/post).
  • General comments about the video/post.

Unacceptable Comments:

  • Spam comments or general sales comments.
  • Collaborations – please contact us here instead (unless you’re commenting on the video we collaborated on).
  • Fake accounts claiming to be celebrities, brands or people of interest.
  • Any abuse, including towards us or other creators, will not be tolerated.

We want to ensure our community is a safe, vibrant place to enjoy technology, gaming and more. We actively monitor our videos, website and social media, to report and remove spam, scam or abusive comments.

Social Media Messages:

  • Questions about videos or posts – although we recommend commenting on the video.
  • Please can brands and sellers contact us here rather than use social media.
  • In order to respond quickly, we prioritise email which is accessed through our contact form.

Phishing Emails & Fake Accounts:

TechBaffle has built an online reputation of being a reliable tech source. Please be aware of scammers or spammers claiming to be TechBaffle.

Any correspondence from TechBaffle will always be through an @techbaffle.com email account, or through the Social Media handle @TechBaffle or @techbaffle.

YouTube comments by us are always from the @TechBaffle account. We do not mention ‘WhatsApp’ or ‘Telegram’ in our name – those accounts are fake.

We do not communicate on WhatsApp or Telegram. Any account messaging you, claiming to be TechBaffle is fake.
